Data controller
Any request about your data can be sent to contact@architexturecannes.com. The publisher's full legal identity is still to be completed: TODO — legal name, form and address.
Data we collect
The contact form asks for last name, first name, email address, phone (optional), project type, project location and a message. The form asks for nothing else.
Purpose
This information is used only to reply to a project enquiry. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the studio's legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, on pre-contractual steps requested by the person.
Recipients
Until the form is connected to an email service, messages entered on the site are not transmitted: the site says so clearly. Once sending is active, data will go to the following provider: TODO — email tool and country of hosting.
Retention
TODO — how long messages are kept, for example for the length of the exchange and then a defined number of months.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising cookies or analytics cookies. No non-essential tracker is installed. If audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) is added later, it will load only after consent.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to processing, by writing to contact@architexturecannes.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Hosting
